Clone AC384 inhibits the binding of ACE2 (human) to the Spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 by ELISA.
Binding of ACE2 (human) to the Spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 is inhibited by the anti-ACE2 monoclonal antibody (BSV-COV-AB-26). Spike is coated on an ELISA plate at 1ug/ml. ACE2 (human) mAb (blocking) (BSV-COV-AB-26) or an unrelated mAb control are added together with 500ng/ul of ACE2 (human). After incubation for 1h at RT, the binding was detected using an anti-FLAG antibody (HRP).
Dilution started at: 40μg/ml
